THE SHELTER OF EDUCATION

Everyone has their school story or so called memory. Well let me begin by telling the history of my school. My school is located in Sungai Siput (U), Perak. My school is SMK Methodist which is about  80 years old. My school is beautiful and located at a very strategic area. I was enrolled in this school in 2001 till 2006 which means I’m talking about a secondary school here. We know that during primary we used to be naughty and from bad to worst we can just run around in the classroom while all of us hail and cheer for our friends when they were embarrassed or being reward for something. The real experience of enjoying begins in secondary school. There were many experiences I had during my school days. Let me pick the best and share it with you guys.

Well most of the incidents were funny. I still do remember when I reached school somewhere 7.50a.m. That sounds late but it wasn’t the first time because I used to be late every day. Obviously I am the luckiest student as I have to greet my discipline teacher in the morning and every night my dreams will be on making reasons. As soon as I reached at the classroom, I heard my science teacher was shouting at my colleagues and he seemed to be pissed off for the day. Without any fear carrying a sweet white smile greeted the teacher and made another impromptu reason. The teacher granted me a sit and continued his lesson. While the teacher was writing on the blackboard some notes, he immediately threw his chalk and ran out of the class towards the field. We were surprised and was about to run behind him as I was thinking there must be something happened out there but then, in the middle of the field. He was doing martial arts act and it seemed to be Tai Chi. We were laughing on his acts and yet from the next class was another insane teacher who holds binocular along with him all the time told us to get in the class. We ignored till the teacher ran towards the classroom again as we ran back to our sits. He continued writing his notes on the blackboard. After the class ends, I went to teacher’s room to figure out what made him to do so. He was stressed by some things in his mind.

Moving on another one is my arts teacher who was about to reach at his retired age. Every time the teacher entered the class, he never listens to us because his ears are closed with his headphones. He listens to songs wherever he walks because being long time in teaching profession; he said he is tired listening to the students. The best part, he never teaches us anything yet if you colour a drawing sheet he will produce less marks as he prefers someone colour it with mechanical or any 2B pencil. One fine day being pissed with him in order to remove the headphones from his ears, I tend to make noise in the class while running around as I made a bet with my friends he will. Finally he removed it but with an anger marching towards me, I thought I will receive one for sure from him but never knew by mentioning the name Britney Spears, he was so excited and started to dance and inquired on the biography of Britney Spears.  Oh My Teacher!!!

Apart from the jokes is something that makes me to think of the school all the time. I enrolled myself in playing hockey. This sport made tremendous changes in my life. It provided me some development in myself to think It’s possible to do anything. The first achievement arised when I was selected to be a school player. The school gave me the opportunity to go for competition and build up reputation. It made me to be a state player and for every trip I was sponsored by my school. At the end of the school days, the school provided me a very valuable certificate stating I am a pride of the school. No matter there were some bad incidents or good incidents, school is another roof that makes us to live like a family and share all the joys together.

THE INSPIRATION MAN THAT MADE EVERY BREATH WORTH TO LIVE

Behind every man’s success there is a woman. That’s what most of the people do say. Yet, here is totally opposite. Behind every man’s success is a father. A father is a man that guides their child with lots of responsibilities. In my case, my father is my inspiration which I do admire the most. Let me share with you some stories which made me to inspire my father the most. I do believe that my father is no longer with us yet his teachings and preaching’s still running in my blood and mind.  A father is always a man that brings a lot of inspiration in our lives and shows us some guidelines to get cope up with and avoid of some things. My father has always been my master in everything. He was my living legend and nearest God to guide me in every path. He inspires me in certain way of his living style, his talks as well as his reaction and manner in every situation. I would proudly say he was as brave as lion. Every early in the morning somewhere 4am he wakes up and takes his shower with cold water. Yes, 4am and cold water without shivering. It sounds tough rite. Well then he starts his day by putting prayers in the house and then rides his bike to temple. He will spend mostly an hour there and clean the whole temple by sweeping and pick up every leaves which falls from the trees. The he fetches us and leaves us in school. Till then evening arise, I usually accompany him for his work. Usually he will be having the habit of helping poor people without considering the race. He will tell me to do the same as he believes God is One. He advised me whenever I acknowledge a person he will tell me to instill such value of If you don’t see God in one, you don’t see God at all. He tells I will feel blessed and good by doing so whereby I do believe on his words and paying my role for such a responsibility. Moreover, he never keeps things in his heart as if he sees someone is doing something wrong, he immediately rectifies it. The rationale of doing so is to allow a person to be aware of such a mistake and advise him in a nice way by including the stories of prophets. Apart from that, no matter how tired he is, he always spends some time with us by telling his childhood stories on how he managed to be a well living person in his life and avoided poverty. He told us to be a hardworking person in life and never give up easily in life. Be strong and brave in order to face whatever comes in the middle. Respect every human beings and animals. Look after one another as if dying for each other. Never betray someone in life or do dirty stuff. He is a person who learned from his mistakes and never wants anyone of us to face the same as how did he face in his early life. He is also very corporative and well organized person who made me to be aware on how to deal with someone and locate important documents. Whatever I am today is with his blessings and thoughts. He will always be the one I inspire in every seconds of living.

-AMBITION OR TEMPTATION-

WELL WELL WELL… Putting my head long way ago back from an institution of the entire naughtiest thing been done along with peers, I did listen to the conversation between a lion roars and a tweety bird which were my parents talking about what I will be in future. Gaining my input from their conversation made me to think a lot on the difference lifestyle of what I am doing now and what is working life all about. It is on whether do I get the same benefits of being naughty or else it makes me to be naughtier than before. The day had to be precious as I did sacrifice my sleep for few hours to think about future whereas my perception on living was ‘Well that’s ok, let’s see what happens tomorrow.’ As tomorrow arised I asked my friends in school on what are they going to be? The ambition they did mention was as if a drunkard guy managed to be a minister tomorrow because based on their behavior and talks was seemed to be a thorough study on that profession. I was quite till someone did ask me on what am I going to be? When there was a girl crossed next to me and smiled, I told them I will be an ACTOR someday. It was ROFL for them!!! I said I told them it's fine as you people are the next generation of jealous output.  I always had the desire to be an actor so that I can be glamour and have the same fame as other celebrities as well as putting on nice clothes and living a very comfortable life, yet, I was even practicing myself to be an actor by providing excuses to my parents and teachers of not going to school. When there was any incident in fighting, I involved myself and tried to be so called HERO but scared to get hits. I do understand that practice makes perfect but a damage may fall my primage in future. As days moved on, from the praises and appraisals from every parties let me to have high hopes to be an Actor someday. Someday happened to be ‘mayday’ when I was told to join TESL course. I still didn’t give up till I am growing myself in the field of teaching. There was a news around from my relatives stating my cousin sister is a Miss Teen International, 2014 and international model. I recalled my days for all my practiced  during school days. I have just learned a thing that being a teacher is a factor to be better than an actor when God has chosen me to be a director in order to create a better generation in future. The real fame arises here as no matter any other profession will appreciate this profession to convey the knowledge and teaching. I appreciate to God all the time every seconds of living in this wonderful world.
